SECURITY TYPE
We seek to invest in all parts of the capital structure. We are able to purchase everything from a revolving credit facility to common equity. On a deal-by-deal basis, we will typically seek to structure a significant portion of each investment as a collateralized debt security and to create equity features that allow us to have upside potential.
