Richard SmithlineRichard L. Smithline - Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Centrecourt Asset Management LLC; and Managing Member, CAM Opportunity Partners LLC. Mr. Smithline has over 20 years of diversified Wall Street experience as an investor, investment banker and corporate and securities attorney. Most recently, Mr. Smithline was a partner at Scoggin Capital Management, an event-driven, special situations hedge fund. Mr. Smithline was also a Managing Director at Wasserstein Perella & Co. and its successor Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, initially in Leveraged Finance and subsequently in the Media, Telecommunications and Technology Group. Mr. Smithline was also a partner at the law firm Shea & Gould and an associate at Cahill Gordon & Reindel where he had significant corporate and securities experience representing primarily investment banks and financial institutions in mergers and acquisitions, public offerings and private placements of debt and equity securities, bridge financings and restructuring transactions. He received a J.D. from New York University School of Law and a B.S., magna cum laude from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Michael LoewMichael Loew - General Counsel, Centrecourt Asset Management LLC. Mr. Loew has more than 20 years of corporate and securities transactional experience, having served as General Counsel for various investment firms, as well as a broker-dealer. Most recently, Mr. Loew was a Senior Managing Director and General Counsel of Spencer Trask Ventures, Inc. Before joining Spencer Trask, Mr. Loew was founder and manager of ML Capital, LLP, a private investment firm. Prior to that, Mr. Loew was General Counsel of multiple strategy hedge fund Elliott Associates, LP. Mr. Loew served as General Counsel and Managing Director of Josephthal & Co., Inc., a NYSE member investment bank. Prior to Josephthal, Mr. Loew was a corporate associate with Kelley Drye & Warren. Mr. Loew received a J.D. from Boston University School of Law and a B.A. from Amherst College.
Dan LyDan Ly - Principal, Centrecourt Asset Management LLC.  Mr. Ly has over eight years of diversified Wall Street experience as an investment banker and securities analyst.  Most recently, Mr. Ly was a vice president at Burnham Hill Partners, where he was involved in structuring and executing private placements in debt and equity securities and M&A transactions for smaller capitalization companies.  Prior to working at Burnham Hill Partners, Mr. Ly was an Associate at The Ivy Group LLC, a merchant bank focused on advising emerging growth and middle market companies on private placements, restructuring and M&A transactions.  Mr. Ly began his career at Merrill Lynch & Co. as an Analyst in the Institutional Asset Management Division.  Mr. Ly received a B.A. in Economics and Mathematics from Yale University.
Cecily LeungCecily Leung - CFO, Centrecourt Asset Management LLC. Cecily has over 13 years of public and private accounting experiences. Prior to joining Centrecourt Asset Management, Cecily worked for Pinnacle Asset Management, LLC focusing on hedge fund accounting and reporting. She began her career as public accountant at Gassman, Rebhun & Co. C.P.A. and Rosenberg, Neuwirth & Kuncher CPAs, P.C. where she primarily focused on audit and tax work in various industries. Cecily has an MBA in Accounting and BBA in Marketing and Advertising from Baruch College and is a CPA.
