Richard L. Smithline - Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Centrecourt Asset Management LLC; and Managing Member, CAM Opportunity Partners LLC. Mr. Smithline has over 20 years of diversified Wall Street experience as an investor, investment banker and corporate and securities attorney. Most recently, Mr. Smithline was a partner at Scoggin Capital Management, an event-driven, special situations hedge fund. Mr. Smithline was also a Managing Director at Wasserstein Perella & Co. and its successor Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, initially in Leveraged Finance and subsequently in the Media, Telecommunications and Technology Group. Mr. Smithline was also a partner at the law firm Shea & Gould and an associate at Cahill Gordon & Reindel where he had significant corporate and securities experience representing primarily investment banks and financial institutions in mergers and acquisitions, public offerings and private placements of debt and equity securities, bridge financings and restructuring transactions. He received a J.D. from New York University School of Law and a B.S., magna cum laude from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Michael Loew - General Counsel, Centrecourt Asset Management LLC. Mr. Loew has more than 20 years of corporate and securities transactional experience, having served as General Counsel for various investment firms, as well as a broker-dealer. Most recently, Mr. Loew was a Senior Managing Director and General Counsel of Spencer Trask Ventures, Inc. Before joining Spencer Trask, Mr. Loew was founder and manager of ML Capital, LLP, a private investment firm. Prior to that, Mr. Loew was General Counsel of multiple strategy hedge fund Elliott Associates, LP. Mr. Loew served as General Counsel and Managing Director of Josephthal & Co., Inc., a NYSE member investment bank. Prior to Josephthal, Mr. Loew was a corporate associate with Kelley Drye & Warren. Mr. Loew received a J.D. from Boston University School of Law and a B.A. from Amherst College.

Richard Edelson - CFO, Centrecourt Asset Management LLC. Prior to joining Centrecourt Asset Management, Richard was the Controller of The Laurus Family of Funds. While at Laurus he was responsible for all the finance, accounting, and investor relations functions of the organization, including activities such as billing, invoicing and investor reporting to more strategic initiatives such as financial analysis, and price modeling. During his time there, Richard helped grow the net assets from $27 million to $340 million. Prior to that, Richard gained experience with a number of organizations. He held financial management positions with a variety of companies including Bricolage Capital which specialized in FX currency hedging, The Blackstone Group and UBS Warburg. Richard holds a BS in accounting from Long Island University.

Dan Ly - Vice President, Centrecourt Asset Management LLC.  Mr. Ly has over eight years of diversified Wall Street experience as an investment banker and securities analyst.  Most recently, Mr. Ly was a vice president at Burnham Hill Partners, where he was involved in structuring and executing private placements in debt and equity securities and M&A transactions for smaller capitalization companies.  Prior to working at Burnham Hill Partners, Mr. Ly was an Associate at The Ivy Group LLC, a merchant bank focused on advising emerging growth and middle market companies on private placements, restructuring and M&A transactions.  Mr. Ly began his career at Merrill Lynch & Co. as an Analyst in the Institutional Asset Management Division.  Mr. Ly received a B.A. in Economics and Mathematics from Yale University.

James J. Leech - Head of Trading, Centrecourt Asset Management LLC. Mr. Leech has over 17 years of experience as a manager/trader in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Centrecourt Asset Management, Mr. Leech was Co-Head of Global Trading at Laurus Capital Management. Prior to working at Laurus, Mr. Leech served as Vice President of Equity Sales and Trading at each of E-Trade Financial and J. Giordano Securities. Prior to that, Mr. Leech spent almost 10 years at UBS Warburg and Paine Webber as Managing Director of NASDAQ Trading.

Ronald S. D’Antoni - Head of Sales and Marketing – Centrecourt Asset Management LLC. Mr. D’Antoni has over 16 years of experience in investment banking and capital raising for the financial services industry. Most recently, Mr. D’Antoni was Managing Director of Alternative Investments for TerraNova Capital Partners, Inc. where he oversaw the firms Middle East/Asia capital introduction efforts. Mr. D’Antoni was also a Managing Partner of Torsiello Capital Partners, a financial services advisor firm where he advised companies in the insurance/reinsurance and asset management sectors on merger and acquisition and restructuring strategies. Mr. D’Antoni also worked at Robb Peck & McCooey in the private equity and institutional sales division. He received a B.B.A. in Finance and Economics from Bernard M. Baruch College.

Corey Meyer - Vice President, Business Development, Centrecourt Asset Management LLC.  Mr. Meyer has over thirteen years of diversified experience in sales management.  Prior to joining Centrecourt Asset Management, Mr. Meyer spent six years in retail banking with The Bank of New York and Commerce Bank.  Mr. Meyer graduated from Hofstra University.

Cecily Leung - Controller, Centrecourt Asset Management LLC. Cecily has over 7 years of public and private accounting experiences.  Prior to joining Centrecourt Asset Management, Cecily worked for Pinnacle Asset Management, LLC focusing on hedge fund accounting and reporting.  She began her career as public accountant at Gassman, Rebhun & Co. C.P.A. and Rosenberg, Neuwirth & Kuncher CPAs, P.C. where she primarily focused on audit and tax work in various industries.  Cecily has an MBA in Accounting and BBA in Marketing and Advertising from Baruch College and is a CPA.

Katie Law - Assistant Controller, Centrecourt Asset Management LLC. Katie has over 7 years of public and private accounting experience. Prior to joining Centrecourt Asset Management, Ms. Law worked for Perelson Weiner CPA LLP as a Senior Tax Analyst specializing on audit and tax preparation for Investment firms and high net worth individuals. She began her career in Dreyfus Corporation as a Mutual Fund Accountant. Ms. Law has a BBA in Accounting from Baruch College and is a CPA.
